The ZUISHIN’AN TEAROOMS are located on the 2nd Floor of the East Building of the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Washington (JCCCW) campus, 1414 S. Weller Street, Seattle, WA 98144, above the Hosekibako Resale Store. Enter through the green door in the alleyway or call 206-328-6018 for assistance after 4:00PM.

The ZUISHIN’AN TEAROOM TOURS are free to visitors on Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00-2:00PM. Tea and sweets are served, courtesy of 4Culture. No reservations are required.

AN INVITATION TO TEA. Schedule a “once in a lifetime” Private Tea Ceremony catered to the interests of your group. $150 for parties up to 4 by reservation. A light repast served with sake is optional.

SEATTLE ART MUSEUM (SAM) Ryokusuian Tearoom, 3rd floor Tea demonstrations at SAM, 2nd Saturday, 3:00PM, March to November, except August. Reservations are not required, free with admission to the Museum.
